Coatings for plants for environmentally sound drying in the foodstuff industry: process development and practical testing (Part 2)


Spray drying processes can be evaluated with the developed method, with regard to fouling build-up, cleanability and reproducibility of fouling behaviour. The available means for measuring and evaluating monetary and material savings potentials are thus provided.
