Harvest quality in the focus of sensor technology
In rape and cereal crops, the quality of harvest can be recorded representatively by the use of infrared sensor technology in the combine harvester. In addition to use of sensor technology for the determination of biomass during the growing phase of cereal crops, cereal quality can be monitored and regulated in real time. The targeted dosage of fertilisers allows the sustainable conservation of natural resources, and will also protect biotopes. Further information is contained in the project description.
