Short fibre waste in wetlaid nonwovens for composite

With the method developed in the course of this project, industrial short fibre waste can now be recycled to produce high-quality lightweight honeycomb composites. Recoverability is dependent upon the varietal purity of the short fibre waste, a uniform range of fibre lengths and freedom from non-fibrous impurities.
