Not barking up the wrong tree – insulating materials of wood serve many functions

A new use can be found for wood residues from timber finishing and processing operations. Loose insulating materials in the form of wood chips require no bonding agents, allow the gap-free filling of even complex geometrical spaces and provide an ecologically sound and cost-effective method of thermal insulation. The energy efficiency of buildings can be permanently improved by the use of thermal insulation derived from sustainable timber. Further information is contained in the  project-description.
