AQUASens: Development of a Diagnostic System for the Electrical Detection of Pathogens in Drinking Water, Ultrapure and Process Water

The developed diagnostic system for the electrical detection of pathogens in drinking water, ultrapure and process water using CMOS chips is significantly less expensive than conventional diagnostic systems. The electrochemical detection process used, i.e. electrically detected displacement assay (EDDA), was developed into a homogenous assay.
